When working with Sitecore, it’s common to need content synchronization across environments. Today, I’ll walk you through the steps to sync content from Production to UAT/TEST and vice versa. Steps to Follow 1. Set Up Your Workspace Create a folder on your computer where you will manage the script files and exported data. Open the folder path in PowerShell to begin scripting.   1. Smart Publishing - Automatically publishes only the items that have changed since the last publishing. This type of publishing is faster and uses fewer system resources compared to full publishing.
  2. Republish - Republishes all the items in a specific section of the content tree.
  3. Incremental Publishing - Publishes only the items that have changed since the last full publishing.
  4. Full Publishing - Publishes all the items in the content tree, regardless of whether they have changed or not.
